The caterer to use

"Chef Rachel catered our event very professionally. The food displays were works of art, the food was delicious and abundant and the workers handled everything with ease. The roast beef at the carving station was extremely tender. The baked potatoes were huge and delicious. There were many food choices and no one left hungry. At the end of the event, the staff packed any leftovers to be taken home. We would absolutely use her services again. She took away any potential worries about the food and food service."

The caterer I would use again

"Outstanding!! Chef Rachel catered our event of about 150 people. We selected the food and paid the bill. That was it. She handled everything else related to the food. We had an amazing variety of food. The displays themselves were works of art to behold. The roast been was the most tender I have ever eaten and the grouper and chicken were equally delicious. Several of the attendees had gluten allergies and she was completely able to accommodate everyone.. No one left hungry and any remaining foods were neatly bagged and ready for us to carry home. To achieve all of this while food supplies are erratic in the late pandemic period is not an easy feat. Seaside Sensations took all the food related concerns away from us and expertly delivered what was promised. We are truly grateful for her expertise and professionalism."

"OMG, cannot say enough about the food that Sara serves up. I think she is a wizard of some sort! We had a catered dinner for 16 during the pandemic. Sara was very transparent about how she cooked and served, which was a big consideration for us. The prime rib was fork tender, the crab cakes on par with the best DC seafood restaurants, the garlic mashed potatoes a huge hit with the grandkids, and the banana pudding a true Southern success. All sauces were so tasty. And to add to our pleasure, prices reasonable, portions large, and we even had leftovers for the next day. Bravo and thank you Sara! "
