"Rachel provided a really fabulous culinary experience for the guests at our event. The food was beautiful and abundant. The presentation of the various food stations were works of art unto themselves and the food was delicious. I have honestly never had more tender roast beef than she provided at the carving station. The fruit was luscious and one of the guests pulled me aside to inquire where Rachel had found such large and beautiful fruit. Rachel was able to accommodate both my guests with no food limitations and those with gluten allergies and lactose intolerance. Her staff operated as a finely tuned machine. She truly took all of the food related worries away from me and made this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her"

"We used Seaside Sensations to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Not only was the food outstanding, but the flexibility of the staff when there was an issue with our rehearsal dinner blew us away. Rachel was so easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend Seaside Sensations to cater any event you might need."
